Additional Rules By booking this property, guests agree to abide by the following rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, immediate termination of the stay without refund, and liability for damages. 🚭 NO SMOKING Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside all units. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other smoking devices. • Evidence of smoking, including odor, ashes, residue, or discarded smoking materials, will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee, plus any additional costs necessary to restore the unit. • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and all waste must be properly disposed of. ⸻ 🐾 PET POLICY We love pets, but responsible ownership is required. • Pet fee: $45 per stay, per pet. No exceptions. • All pets must be declared before arrival. • Pets must remain under the owner’s control at all times. • Pets must be leashed whenever outside the unit. • Owners must immediately clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. • Pets are strictly prohibited on beds and furniture. • Pets may not be left unattended if they create excessive noise or disturbances. • Aggressive or disruptive animals may result in removal from the property. • Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning caused by their pets. • Pet amenities, including bowls and beds, are available upon request. ⸻ 🏊 POOL RULES Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. • Swim at your own risk. • NO DIVING. • NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR GLASSWARE IN THE POOL AREA. • NO PETS IN THE POOL OR IMMEDIATE POOL DECK AREA. • Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. • No running, horseplay, roughhousing, or unsafe conduct. • Do not use the pool while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol. • Keep the pool gate closed and latched for everyone’s safety. • Respect quiet enjoyment of other guests. • Shower before entering the pool when practical. • Appropriate swim attire is required. • Guests assume all risks associated with use of the pool and pool area. ⸻ 🏡 PROPERTY RESPECT Please treat Studios 17 as you would a cherished guest room in a family home. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors may result in cancellation of your stay. • Report maintenance issues promptly. • Do not move furnishings between units. • Dispose of trash in designated receptacles. • Excessive mess, damage, or extraordinary cleaning requirements may incur additional charges. ⸻ ⚠️ LIABILITY Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their family members, children, pets, and invitees during their stay. Studios 17, its owners, and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, or loss of personal property occurring on the premises except as required by law. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, additional cleaning or damage charges, and liability for any resulting losses or repairs.
