These rules are designed to ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for every guest while protecting our boutique property. ⸻ Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: 3:00 PM * Check-out: 11:00 AM * Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance. * Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges. * Please ensure the unit is left in reasonable condition upon departure. ⸻ Registered Guests & Occupancy * Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. * Undisclosed overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. * Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone they invite onto the property. * Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times. ⸻ Quiet Hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect neighboring guests by keeping voices, music, televisions, and outdoor activities at a reasonable level. ⸻ No Parties or Events Studios 17 is a boutique hospitality property, not a party venue.
