Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: 3:00 PM * Check-out: 11:00 AM * Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance. Registered Guests * Only registered guests are permitted on the property. * Undisclosed overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest. * Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Quiet Hours * 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM * Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping * Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside any unit. * Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. * Do not smoke near doors, windows, or entrances. * Any odor, evidence, or residue from smoking or vaping inside a unit will result in: * $300 smoking remediation fee * Immediate termination of your stay without refund * Additional charges if damages exceed the remediation fee 🐾 Pet Policy * Pets must be disclosed before arrival. * Undisclosed pets will incur a $100 fee per pet. * Pets must remain leashed in common areas. * Please clean up after your pet immediately. * Pets are not allowed in the pool. * Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances. 🏊 Pool Rules * Swim at your own risk.
