Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: 3:00 PM * Check-out: 11:00 AM * Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance. * Unauthorized late departures may incur additional charges. Registered Guests * Only registered guests are permitted on the property. * Undisclosed overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. * Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party and any visitors. Quiet Hours * 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM * Please be respectful of neighboring guests by minimizing noise during these hours. Strict No Smoking or Vaping * Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside any unit. * Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. * Do not smoke near doors, windows, or entrances. * Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside a unit, including odors, will result in: * $300 smoking remediation fee * Possible immediate termination of your stay without refund * Responsibility for any additional cleaning or damages Pet Policy * Pets must be disclosed before arrival. * Undisclosed pets will incur a $100 fee per pet. * Pets must remain leashed outside the unit. * Please clean up after your pet immediately. * Pets are not permitted in the pool. * Pets should not be left unattended if they may disturb other guests. * Guests are responsible for all pet-related damages and additional cleaning. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials. Security * Exterior security cameras monitor common areas for guest safety and property protection. * Cameras do not monitor the interior of any guest accommodations. Illegal Activity * No parties or events without prior written approval. * Illegal drugs, weapons, violence, or criminal activity are strictly prohibited. * Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and notification of law enforcement. Personal Property * Studios 17 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. * Please lock your unit and vehicles at all times. Indemnification Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studios 17, its owners, managers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the actions or negligence of the guest, members of their party, visitors, children, or pets. Right to Refuse Service Studios 17 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a reservation, remove guests from the property, and retain applicable fees for violations of these house rules, unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or conduct that disturbs other guests.
